The original Rock County Wisconsin Rainbow Tornado:

The original Rainbow Tornado of June 2004. This picture was taken approximately 0.2 miles west of the Rock County rest area just off Interstate 90. Like all other pictures that are taken, this tornado did little damage and caused no injuries. The rainbow is created when the sun refracts light from raindrops. The fence is designed to keep coyotes, pumas, and the occasional local snipe from entering the farmer's field.
